Currently evaluating the product (v2.4.5.4), and I've noticed that when assigning a Test Plan to a tester, the notification email that is sent out is just a graphic image stating that an assignment has been made.
Is there any way to customise the email to show basic details of the actual assignment? I can't see anything in the product that allows this currently. Have I missed it?

There is currently no way to achieve this. Several of our customers have asked for this feature so we'll be adding it soon.
