Installation Failure Missing Required File

I downloaded the free trial and get the following error message when I try to install it:

Error 1721. There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A program required for this install to complete cannot be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action: report viewer, location: ...\MSIDA7A.tmp, command ReportViewer.

First off, sorry for the late response. Our forum has been getting inundated with spam and I've had a hard time sifting though what's what.

What OS are you running? If it's Vista, try turning off UAC then running the installer again. http://www.vista4beginners.com/How-to-disable-UAC
